grocery store clams

Post by dustbust »

I heard that clams u buy at a grocery store are alive. Now my Question is can you put them in your brackish tank (.008) Until you crack them for a delicious puffer feast. Or will they just die.

Brackish is not high enough, you'd have to mix full salt water for most clams. Easier and safer to freeze them.
No matter how magnificent your successes or devastating your failures, the worlds' approximately 5 billion impoverished people could not possibly care less.

Yeah I geta a bag of frozen clams in the shell for Clooney. £5 and it half a bag has lasted a large Mbu one month ish so they are cheap enough. Just make sure they are thawed before feeding
