Would an arrowhead puffer do good in a 35 gallon hex tank?

It should be fine. Be sure to give it a 2-3" sandbed to burrow in. It will need to be thoroughly stirred weekly.

Funny you should say that. I've been having to scold both my T.lineatus and T.palembangensis lately about that. They keep eyeballing my fingers as I put their food in their dishes and start moving towards them. Not the dishes, my fingers. After getting bitten once already, I'd like to avoid it happening again. Definitely watch the fingers!

Arrow heads will think nothing of taking a nip out of you, they are wonderful little guys, i adore mine.

My girl ignores her sand prefering nice dark caves and planting, lots of snails to eat, bloodworm and muscles and she is happy!
