I have been keeping 2 F8 puffer in my aquarium for about 1 year and they both look like they havent grown a bit. One is bigger than the other but thats how they look like when I got them. Any ideas on making them bigger? Feed them more often?
The tank size is too small for the fish - there is the answer. You have done well to keep them alive and healthy in such cramped quarters. That is ~ 6 3/4 US gallons, insufficient for one F-8. You need about four times the volume.

If you wanted to stay brackish, you could go with some bumble bee gobies. Or if you wanted to continue with puffers, that tank would work well for a pair or trio of dwarf puffers.
Well I love my F8 puffers... i think I will be getting a slightly larger tank for one of them
