What is the best combination of DP's for a 15g (63l) tank?

I just moved my two established male DP's from a ten with otos and shrimp to a 15 with one female DP and one juvenile dp freshly out of quarentine, along with their old shrimp. Having more puffers around has definately decreased the male-male conflict(which was never violent, just displaying crests and belly puffs), and the additional space definately helps.

Is it 3g per DP, or is it more?

We recommend 5g per DP.
