Hi if i have a 10 gallon tank right now, how many DPs am i able to home at the most with them being happy?

I have a pair in a ten and thats good, gives space for some oto catfish and some shrimp(if your DP's don't kill them) and the puffers will really enjoy the room.
No matter how magnificent your successes or devastating your failures, the worlds' approximately 5 billion impoverished people could not possibly care less.
