River Shrimp

Post by jacknife »

Well I seem to have succesfully bred river shrimp. I use them to feed the Pufs and a couple were hidng in the rocks in the tank for about 2 weeks. Any way I was doing my weekly clean and when I had finished I looked in and saw these tiny little shrimp!! They are about 2mm long and just get blasted about by the current.

I don't think they will survive the filter but I may try and breed in my shrimp tank in the garage.

:D

excellent stuff, there are some people here that struggle to find them cheap to feed to their puff's. You could be on to an earner with them. It wouldn't happen in my tank Clooney will leave none of them alive. 10-15 in one sitting is not uncommon :D
