Not having a great time with puffs ATM
Well firstly, my T. abei died last week by frying when the cleaner knocked the light in the tank and didnt say anything to us so it overheated to 45degC, and now the baileyi has stopped eating for over a week, which is very unusual.
Anyone had experiences with puffs just stopping feeding randomly?
Water tests fine (all 0, pH 7.8 ish) so I don't know whats wrong.
Also, what would you do with an empty 20gal (already has plant substrate?)

Bad news messy.
Do not worry too much about the baileyi just at the moment.
Both mine and Wolands are not eating as usual.

Wasn't that T. abei expensive? I know this won't make you feel much better but I would certainly make sure you are reimbused for that fish & that they are fired for not telling you about it.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Just bad luck mate with the Abei, and hopefully the Baileyi will come round when he gets hungry.
Rocker's Abei in physical mass is twice the size of mine but probably only slightly longer. I've seen an Abei in a fish store that was a lot bigger in length than mine but only time will tell to see how big mine gets.
