Tank Background

Post by Goonerman1 »

Since I have had my Puffer I have always had a plain Black background on my tank.....Puff has, for most of the time paraded back and forth & up and down in all his splendor whilst looking towards the back of the tank (unless it's feeding time). Tonight I changed his background for a Marine Blue/Green colour and he now seems to be swimming at the front of the tank for all to see which is GREAT!!! :D

Not sure whether this is just coincidence or not???.....what do you think???

I will keep an eye on things over the next few days. I much prefer the Black background but if the new one is going to keep him to the front of the tank then I am more than happy with that!!! :D

lol :D Don't think they really care about colour. Mine's got an expensive 'rock' background and couldn't give a damn :P

I take it that's your ceylon in the pic? Looks lovely, just like mine :) Mine is in a 226L cube tank on his own and rarely paces the glass except for when I'm near the tank. I kept adding huge chunks of ocean rock - must be 50kg or so in there now at least and he seems really happy. Perhaps build up decor round the back and sides?
