Will the fahaka get hurt or the exo's get eaten?

I don't know what an Exo is, but your fakaha could kill just about anything you put in there.
Not to mention a Fahaka in a 20 gallon tank is just not going to work. Not even short term. They grow fast, and are stunted and affected by poor water quality very very quickly. You can do permanent damage in a few weeks.

I have only ever kept Exodons in species tanks. Also Fahakas in only species tanks. I would not suggest that combo at all.

The Exos will tear at the fahakas fins. The fahaka will eat the exos. Bad move, all around.

Okay, I just looked them up and I agree, bad bad combo.
You probably don't want to put the fahaka with anything, really.
