tank mates for ceylon?

Post by indie »

im hoping to get my tank in the next month, cant wait! :D

anyway, ive decided to keep 2 ceylons in the 80 gallon tank. would i be able to have any tank mates in there? i plan to bring it up to full marine at some point, dont know how quickly i can do that? but ive read in lots of places its recommened high end brackish/full marine.
is there any marine fish i can keep with them?

i know theres probably loads of topics on this, but cant seem to find any unless im being blind. i;ll prob end up lookin at the pinned topics in a min and find something

Read the GSP article in our Library. There is a rough schedule of raising SG for them.

You may be able to keep a few damselfish with them after they are in SW.

Any more ideas for tank mates for Ceylon's? I will have a 240 litre tank set up soon and wanted some tank mates for them. My LFS suggested Red Scats or Archers (which I would love but am not sure of losing some water to accomodate).

Can Cromides tolerate mid to high SG?

:D
