Can I keep Anything With My Puffer's ?

Well I have a 33 gal tank and it only consist's of 2 small Sea Frog Puffers. This tank is in my bedroom and my mother would like to show these great fish off, so she wants them in my tank downstairs. The tank is exactly the same just the filter is much more mature i.e. older.
The water quality is also slightly better downstairs so I know that they will be happy. I am wanting ideas on what to make the tank look like.
I want some plants (live but not many). I want it to grow easy on its own.
I want a carpet plant also, one that spreads on the gravel.
I want some rocks
I also want some wood

In conclusion a really ncie looking tanks but that will also keep the puffer's happy.

Please post pictures they will be great.

Also we want some small tank mates for them such as dither fish.
What will you suggest? Obviously they have to be fast lol

Which species puffer do you have, exactly? Use http://www.pufferlist.com or the Puffer Gallery on this site for positive ID. That will help figure out whether tankmates are a possibility. In most cases, they are very short-lived.

Carpet plants require very intense lighting and CO2 supplementation, which is both a maintenance requirement and a financial requirement - something to keep in mind.

Easy-growers are Java fern, anubias, swords, and cryptocryne, to name a few.

When you say the water quality is slightly better downstairs, do you mean the bioload (amount of waste generated) is currently lighter?

It is not on the website you give me, however I found it very good .
Any idea on tankmates and there home i.e. what it should look like, well suggestions. I know plenty about this fish as I written an article about them, its just I want some ideas for tank mates and what the tank could look like lol

I wouldn't have any tank mates - keep it a species tank.

Putting anyhting in that tank would be a BAD idea. Any sort of lurker freshwater puffer are very aggressive fish. My Turgidus will try to kill anything I put in the tank.
