My gf just got her dwarf indian puffers and they are about .5" long
I tried feeding them crushed flake and they didnt take to it.
Then I tried, for the first time, frozen blood worms. I put them in a cone and they thawed and then some came out and the little guys loved em. My problem is still a lot of it left. Is it okay just ta leave the worms in there until they eat it all or should I take it out?
for future reference, instead of putting so much in should i just cut the frozen cube into smaller pieces before putting it into the water?
oh and there are 4 of the little guys
There is also a snail tank dedicated to these little guys and after the snails breed and the little guys get big enough a snail or 2 will get tossed in there every once and a while.
What else would be good to feed these guys, cuz I know they like a variant diet
1. soak food in a cup of tank water
2. poor cup of water through fine-mesh net (brine shrimp net) over a bucket or sink
3. discard junk water
4. net full of food is ready for feeding!
