New Tank Setup, any suggestions?

So I got the tank setup and added the fish yesterday. Everything sems to be going well. So heres a few more questions. I have three figure 8s(1.5-2 in.) and 6 bumblee bee gobies(.5 in) Right now Im feeding the puffers small snails and a frozen cube food. So heres the question, how often do they need to eat, and how much? The woman at the pet store said half a cube would be good. So should i do that twice a day? And how frequent of water changes do you recommend? Thanks to everyone who's helped me to where im at!

I'm not exactly an expert yet, I'm sure you'll get some other responses, but I only feed my F8s once a day. Just enough so their belly is rounded, but not huge. I also thaw the cube overnight in the fridge soaking in vitamins before I feed it.

Also, your tank cycled pretty fast. Watch the Ammonia and Nitrite really closely for the first couple of weeks (I would check it every day if I were you). If you do get traces of either, do water changes and add something like prime that detoxifies amm/nit.

Jake's advice is sound. Keep an eye on your parameters and change water accordingly. The addition of fish and feeding may produce a higher bio-load than the ammount of ammonia you were using. Just keep an eye on it and do regular water changes. 10-25% daily isn't a bad idea for the first while after introducing fish.
