Claim your photos

Since the server move, you may have noticed that our user galleries have been temporarily unavailable.

We have upgraded the galleries to be better and more powerful. We took this decision based on the fact that:
(a) Most people weren't using the old gallery feature (there were only about 40 photos total!)
(b) Upgrading the user galleries would allow us to make lots of great improvements to TPF

However, unfortunately, this does mean that your old user galleries cannot be upgraded. They're gone... GONE.

But, no need to despair... all is not lost. I did rescue all the photos that resided on our old server. I will be uploading these to a shared album for people to claim. They will not have captions are be attributed unfortunately - but they will be covered by a generic copyright statement explaining their origin.

If you know that you had some photos in the old system and would like to claim your photos before we go live with the new gallery, please PM me and let me know.

After a week or two, the "lost and found" folder will be nixed for good. If there are concerns that a member could claim the wrong photos, rest assured that we have the ability to check the original database for ownership.

Apologies for this initial pain, but again, our upgraded gallery system will significantly benefit TPF... in fact the same engine is also being used for our brand new PufferPedia.
