I have this 12 gallon eclipse lying around that I have yet to do anything with and wondered what to get for it. At the moment I do not have any puffers, but have kept collomesus asellus before. That fish was probably my favorite fish yet, so I thought I would try puffers again. I saw the irrebusco puffers in my aqualog book and this site and it said that they could be kept in 10 gallon tanks. I don't really care if I can only keep one, but if I can keep more, how many?
Thanks
Max

Welcome bud
In that tank, you could have just the one Irrubesco. An alternative is 3 Dwarf Puffers.
Whatever floats your boat though.

If you're into brackish, you may be able to pull off a figure 8.

I will probably just end up getting DP's but if I can find and irrebusco that will be what I get. Also, would one lorteti work instead of the irrebusco if I see one.
