How Effective is Tubafex?

hmm i dont' know the tubafexs just seems kinda sketchy

but i don't know that's all i've been able to get my paws on

live tubafex and live brime shrimp? ( did i spell it right)

it's like hella gross, i hate the shrimp, so i'm not buying it anymore or should i?

so ya what else can i get and where? like it's so hard to find some of the stuff people talk about

or do i go to like safeway? or whole food? since it's healthier

mabye like oyseters?

I wouldn't touch tubifex, and brine shrimp aren't very nutritious. Your LFS/LPS should have frozen food available but if they don't, you can use frozen seafood from your grocery store, too. Shell-on shrimp, clams, mussels, etc.

i've tried frozen blood worms, and umm they dont' really touch it, so if i buy like the shell on shrimp clams or mussels, is it like the really big one? like THE WHOLE TING, cause that's kinda big to throw in the tank isn't it?, so frozen food are those thingis that come in like little cubes, if so what do you suggest buying? cause they have so many

Soak the food for a few minutes in tank water with a few garlic slices.

Garlic is a natural appetite stimulant. Companies even sell garlic extract products to use on fish food, but fresh garlic works just as well and its cheaper.

Dunno about 'best' but that's why we're here.

uhh oh my gosh, i'm a retard, so i was looking at my filter, and you know that sponge black looking thing that's suppose to gather all the crap that gets sucked in the filter? uhhhhh i inserted it the wrong way and now UHH my tank is like, GROSS, what should i do? cause i guess all the crap that got collected is now back to the tank, and it's really misty

Cut up the larger pieces into smaller, bite-sized sections, before freezing

Do a large volume water change and rinse the filter media in the water that you've removed.

Doesn't matter, do another one. Isn't going to hurt them any, but having all that gunk in it isn't good for them.

aiight i'm done, the water looks alot better, and i HOPE everything will be fine now, atleast i got alot of left over food out, and i took your advice and returned the Bully Dwarf Puffer and now the other two looks alot more active then they are, and they seem to get along, they like to play together alot of times
