Someone with dwarfs please give an example of a weeks feed...... like how often you feed, and what different variations u use....
like where do i GET the snails also????
and should i be buying live amano shrimp or ghost shrimp etc each week??? Surely this would result in an expensive way of feeding them
I have tonnes of frozen brine and blood worms in my freezer......apart from obviously needing to sort out the snails for their teeth, if they allowed me to, would it be sufficient to feed them a diet of frozen foods?

Brine shrimp have almost no nutritional value so should only be given as an occasional treat. They're like potato chips. 
Bloodworms are fine. Snails aren't as vital for DPs as for other types of puffers, their teeth don't seem to grow out too much and seem to be slurpers. They eat the snail out of the shell but don't seem to touch the shell much.
I feed mine live blackworms, frozen bloodworms, frozen mysis shrimp, frozen and frozen chopped clams for the most part. I just alternate every day. I feed twice a day so one day, two meals will be bloodworms, then both meals the next day are blackworms, etc. They get tiny snails about once a week.
I only occasionally get live ghost shrimp. I never feed them Amano shrimp. At $3-4 each, that's way too much money for me.
As far as snails, I buy mine online from Wilma and on Aquabid. I haven't had much luck breeding them myself. Don't think Wilma ships to the UK though, but you can always ask.

If you want to buy snails online in the UK then there's always ebay but I wouldnt recommend it, I bought some once and they were all dead.

Your cheapest option in the long run if you want to feed them snails regularly is to start a snail breeder. Know anyone with a pond, they should have loads you can rob, failing that see if you can blag some from your LFS.
