Crazy Fahaka
Dinsdale could be right, but there is many possibilities. The puffers attitude could be it, like Hilly said, and like Dinsdale said, the tight living space could be agitating him to the behavior or aggresion.

Well folks as i said before, since I've turned the light out he hasn't been attacking the glass at all, so i can only assume it is the reflection of himself he is attacking, i ain't saying either that you don't get any reflection with the light off, you do, but with the light on the reflection is a lot clearer.
And for the record Dinsdale, just for your benefit my friend, I'll try and make sure i don't put any more lol's or lmao's in my posts eah.
Don't ya just hate it when folks take a couple of words out of everything you say and spin and dance on them.
You obviously didn't take in anything else that was posted my friend.
But anyways, like i said, i want to drop it and finish it here n now
So i hope every ones had their two pennies worth and lets get back to the issue in hand.
I ain't got the money to replace his tank at the minute.

Everyone on this site congratulates you for saving your fahaka from a bad home and giving it the best care with best intentions that you could afford to pay. But if this site wants to maintain credibility it should not endorse an owner keeping a big freaking fahaka in half the recommended minimum tank size. Personally I cringe when I see fish that have to make unnatural movements to turn around.
If you dont want members to blame your puffer problems on an undersized tank then change your signature to 125 gallons, we have short memories here.

Isn't it sad though, that I'm expected to lie on my signature, just to get the right advice of you lot and not get ridiculed or slated.
If i thought that i had to come on here and lie just to get a reasonable answer to quite a simple question, just to keep some idiots quiet on here then i wouldn't have bothered my buttocks joining.
And all of this just because i put a lol and a lmao in one of my posts, how frikkin childish is that for god sake.

WOW!!! WHOA!!! WE ON TPF DO NOT SUPPORT THE OPINIONS STATED ABOVE BY CORCY AND WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF NECT TIME YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT, CORY, SAY ITS IN YOUR OPINION ONLY!!!!!!
That is not at all what this forum is about, lieing so people likee you??!?!?!?! Whay bother being here?!?! Its about the fish. And I dunno why you are trying to give Chopper grief?!?! He didn't know and now he does and will do something when he can afford to do so... While fish are important to properly house, and don't get mad, but they're stll fish... If my dog was gonna cost me bundles of money that I couldn't afford YOU SIMPLY CAN'T AFFORD IT and things will just have to remain until he can.
So please, don't be offended by one person's remark such as that.
Please, some admin support my reply.

You are right, let me restate that.

I am not a fish expert but if you dont want to hear people blaming your puffer problems on the most obvious symptom, an undersized tank, then maybe you could change your signature to 125 gallons and you might get responses from other serious fish owners who dont think your question has already been answered.. JMO.

I haven't got a 12inch wide tank and I'd prefer it if you'd get your facts correct before you come on here shootin your mouth off.
Like i said before if you took the time to read all of my posts instead of just the pieces of the ones you want to, you'd be far better informed of the situation.

To keep this post from getting inflamed any further, it is locked. I understand both sides, both are right in a way but they can be stated in a nicer, more caring attitude. Thank you Skep, for trying to keep the peace!
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...
