I am thinking about it, but you don't seem to be. That's not much different than saying "I keep my German Shepard in my Chihuahua's old cage. Does he need water during the day?" and expecting us not to say that you're keeping him in an inappropriate environment.
Expecting us not to say something when we see that you aren't keeping them properly is not being very realistic - especially for a puffer enthusiast site. We'll answer your question but we'll also let you know that what you are doing is detrimental to their health and well being.

Discussion forums don't generally work that way. You're dealign with real people who have real concerns about various things.

I did state around 10 YEARS AGO...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 for the coral harvest and as a Diver I understand what it does to the eco system, so I DO NOT do it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, so the answer in short is yes, your puffers will be fine with the dried corals in there.
