what type of tank set up should i offer for the fahaka? is the bare tank prefer or decorative tank if more prefer?

I wouldn't go any smaller than that for an adult, unless it's a 120g.

Decor helps keep thing interesting for your puffer. For fahakas, the bigger the better, and also pay attention to the depth of the tank, as they need room to maneuver. Mine loved his 210, but as PP said, a 125 will do well.
