I am interested in setting up a tank for a Grey dogface pufferfish. The main issue is have right now is space, where I live currently I can setup a 20-30 gallon tank, but in 5 months I will be moving and will have space for a 150+ gallon tank.
By the time I setup and cycle the 20-30 gallon tank then the puffer will live in the tank for around 3 months before I move it to the bigger tank.
Will the 3 months in the smaller tank be harmful for the puffer? Is there a better type of puffer for this?

Re: Dogface puffer tank size question
Wait until you move, have a cycled tank (it takes some time to set up a marine tank) & then buy your puffer.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...
