Mixing juvenile and adult pea puffers

Post by Phoenixsw »

Hello! I currently have 8 peas in 2 tanks. I'm moving them all to a new 40g breeder. I also wanted to add a few more when I move them. My question is, since peas are sold as juveniles, could I add both adult and juveniles at the same time? I'm just worried based on how small the juveniles generally tend to be, that the adults would bully them.

They should be OK since it will be new to them all.
Be sure you have a heavily-decorated tank with many broken lines of sight.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...
