Want to Set Up New Dwarf Puffer Tank

Hey guys, I'm puffer noob and just wanted to put a 10 gallon tank (20"L x 10"D x 12"H) I have into use.

I have other established tanks, so don't worry, I know about cycling and all the basics. I'd be using a Hydor heater of sorts, an AquaClear 30, probably pool filter sand as substrate and unsure about the lightning.

I've been doing some research on Dwarf Puffers and kind of get mixed information so I wanted some opinions from you guys. I've read that Dwarf Puffers need 5 gallons for the first, then 2-3 gallons for each additional.

1) If I had a heavily planted tank to break the line of sight would I be able to to put three Dwarf Puffers in there or would that be too small for them and cause aggression?

2) If I can't have three Dwarf Puffers, what other tank mates would I realistically be able to put in there with only one Dwarf Puffer?

3) I've read that their teeth grow reasonable long and either need to be clipped or grinded down by feeding them snails. What do you guys do with yours?

DPs don't have the dentistry problems many other puffer species do, so I'd not be too concerned about that.
