Congo puffer feeding

Hi all had my congo puffer just over a week now.. Iv got him from eating nothing to bloodworm and live river shrimp..

Iv just reseived some feeding tongs.. Iv tried a cockle on the end but his to scared off it.. and swims away.

Whats the best food to start him off feeding on it?

Please help

Mine likes people shrimp & earthworms. Soak the shrimp in Vitachem & garlic.

earthworms are great since they wiggle around, really stimulates the fish into feeding.
