Saltwater Stocking Ideas

So last night I ran across a deal on a tank that looks like the one below.

I believe its 190g possibly bigger. The overflow is center back on the wall. Tank with be FOWLR
I am looking to get two puffers very small and allow them to grow up together in the tank.

I know I want a porcupine because they have amazing personalities.
I was thinking about a Mappa Puffer but concerned because of the adult size.
I am not sold on the stars and stripes yet.

Would love some input from everyone on not only puffers but potential good tank mates with them.
I am colorblind so usually the shape/personality means more to me than bright colors.

I'd get a dogface puffer, they are timid puffers. I had one with a porcy and they were best of friends following each other and sleeping together. Unfortunately I lost them both to white spot
