Many to most fish are trainable. Puffers are relatively intelligent (comparable to Cichlids), so pretty easy to train. Smallish strongly (closely) schooling fish are harder to train,as their schooling behavior can out-weigh or override our training efforts. But those fish less often need training by their owners.

We do need to be aware that our tank handling activities ARE training for the fish.
