"Parked" puffer

Post by casc »

Is it normal for puffers to sit on things? My porc likes to sit on the rocks and the protein skimmer. I thought fish are not supposed to lay down. He doesn't bottom sit but he perches on whatever is high up really. I kno some fish do this but is it ok for a puffer?

I hvae several who like to drape themselves around powerheads..the stars and stripes and immaculate especially love to sleep on them.

And then I have this one who manages to find weird places in the live rock and wedges himself in there.

I have a Stars & Stripes and he "parks" himself in a few special spots. On spot is so cute, because he looks like he's parked in his own little garage. In his first tank he used to live to park on top the power heads :) they're such cute fish.
