do marbled crayfish need heated water?

From the research I did because I was going to raise them in my 50 gallon to feed my fahaka no. Room temp is fine, although they will grow and breed faster in say 78* water, after doing my research I found it cheaper just to go buy 3 lbs of frozen crayfish, I just thaw one cut it into 1/2 or 1/3 depending on size and feed when ever, I also buy frozen muscles and shrimp for the lil guy. Less fun then breeding your own but a heck of a lot cheaper

Thx mate for the info. Im pretty sure i cannot get crayfish from the fish monger in the uk. If anyone from the uk knows where i could get them that would be great.
