It may be possible, but it is not really appropriate as an optimum situation for these fish. They appear to do best specific gravity 1.003-1.005. SG 1.010 would be twice their optimum density and will shorten their lives. So IMHO, the answer is no.
Some macroalgae and seagrass may survive SG 1.010 for some time, but it would not be optimum.
