Dwarf Puffer and?

Post by Sydney »

Hi :) My LFS just got in some rosy loaches. They are super duper cute! I'd have to set up another tank if I want them, which is good because I would really like to have a dwarf puffer. I was wondering if a group of Rosy Loaches would be okay with a dwarf puffer in a heavily planted 5.5G?

Thanks!!

Loaches and puffers are generally not a good idea as the loaches will outcompete the dp for food. You will also be heavily overstocked. Welcome to the forum
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

That's too bad. Oh well. I guess now I will have to choose between a Rosy Loach tank and a Dwarf Puffer tank..

Aw, that's too bad. I just thought it might work since the Rosy Loaches are only 1" long, and stay that long. Oh well. Now I have to choose!
