Re: Anyone Want a Dwarf GSP?
How cute and tiny!
I think I'm used to seeing photos of them a bit older, maybe juveniles, they look so different when they're young and as adults.
I still want a GSP, it will have to wait a bit though.

Re: Anyone Want a Dwarf GSP?
Oh gosh, I started to even question but didn't expect the title to read GSP if they weren't. Though Dwarf is in the title as wellpurplecandle wrote:The ones in the pictures are dwarf puffers. I can't remember my account info to sign in and tell seller they are fw.*GSP*Fan* wrote:How cute and tiny!

Excuse me today, I blame it on lack of sleep
I thought they looked a little duller, I guess, than a GSP but thought that was just cause they were so tiny.
I know my login information for Ebay.

Re: Anyone Want a Dwarf GSP?
Hopefully the perspective buyer will know those aren't GSPs.
I can just see a thread on the forum a year from now about setting up an 55g but their GSP has only grown to one inch over that time.
I sent a polite message with both scientific names so the seller could Google them.

Re: Anyone Want a Dwarf GSP?
Thats true. I'll send a message though and definitely won't try to be rude or anything. Though most people don't like being told they're wrong.
Maybe they upload the wrong photos? I've never sold anything on EBay so I'm not sure of that process but would still think that sort of thing would be caught.
Its reading two have been sold
Hopefully to individuals that bought know that they are indeed dwarfs (if the seller did sell what was in the photos and that wasn't a mistake).

That was my thought as well, about the information they provided.
That what makes me wonder if it was just a mistake mixing up or uploading photos rather than a misidentification.
Either way, I sent the seller a message. If/when they reply I'll let you guys know what they said.

Their response to my message:
"Thank you so much. The correction has been made. They were given to me under the GSP description. I will be sure to be more careful next time."
And a second reply:
"P.S. the potential buyer has been informed and will discontinue the purchase at their request."

Re: Anyone Want a Dwarf GSP?
It was no problem at all.
The seller really surprised me, in a good way. I was more expecting a slightly rude reply or none at all.
I messaged the seller back after their replies and thanked him/her for actually caring, taking the time to change the information, contact the buyer, and for their nice response to my original message.
