Awesome
WARNING: Puffers are mischievous little blimps with enchanting powers. You may not be content with having just one.

You can't swim, because you naturally sink or because you never learned how? I'm off to go swim 60 (150") laps in an hour.

I swim like a brick. I can only manage depths not lengths lol.
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

I don't swim anymore, but used to be a fish. PP is doing the right thing - no impact issues, not even speed sprints are needed. I just cannot take the pool chemicals anymore (dostor's orders). My son learned to swim before he learned to walk well (American U. had an infant/toddler program). Swimming is basic.

Yeah, no sprinting here, just keep moving along at a steady pace. I feel a lot stronger than when I 1st started & have cut a lot of time off my total.

Re: Disabled Goldfish gets a "swimchair"
For over-all toning, laps are absolutely fantastic. My neighborhood is >100 years old, sidewalks are in very poor condition and only on one side of the street - Between my severe peripheral neuropathy and my poor vision, even walking is out for me. I miss using the pool for laps. It takes a lot of specialized exercises to keep me in the shape that laps would do much more easily and pleasantly. I wish I had the space and $$$ for an O2-sterilized endless pool attached to the house...
