Re: The puffers
I really can't figure it out?!
But wouldn't have guessed on travancoricus, due to mine not being that yellow?
I am thinking that they're irrubesco or lorteti? But how the heck do I know the difference? :-/

Re: The puffers
Can you tell me the difference ? Irrubesco / lorteti?
They are 4 puffers together, all very friendly and non aggressive. One is quite bigger than the three others.

Re: The puffers
Irrubesco females. Some in poor conditions. I would treat for IPs if they are eating normally.

Re: The puffers
Probably C. irrubesco. There's also at least one subudalt male among the females. It will develop its adult colors within the next few months. Then we'll be sure.
Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. Give a fish a man, and he'll eat for weeks.

Re: The puffers
Yes, unfortunately they are in VERY bad condition
The store I just bought them from, had them in a very very tiny aquarium, which was also extremely dirty. They had them there for 6 months, they told me - and almost never cleaned it.
I will go buy some IP medication today - any recommondations on which type of medicine?
Which one do you think is a male? And what do you mean by "subudalt male" Corvus?
I am very happy that you take time to answer and help me - thanks

Re: The puffers
e.g. last picture, the upper one.
Subadult is used for juveniles, which are about to develop into adults.
