Decided on an F8, tank decoration okay?

Went back to some nearby pet stores, it really matters very little over here in Sweden, such a small country, no matter what pet/fish store you go they all order from the same distributors. Anyway, asked for some catalogues but was instead given the websites of the distributors, they apparently keep their webstores viewable to anyone which is cool.

Considering getting these:





Heightwise I guess both of these are 3/5 to 2/3 of the tank height

Both look good to me, especially the upper one. If it is synthetic and not subject to rot, it should a great exploration area for an F-8. Either would do, but the upper is super to my eyes, and I'd bet on an F-8 agreeing..

I am sort of tempted to order that wood with the face, but not sure if I could fit it on the other side of the tank. The right side with more space is already reserved for the other fake wood piece. Also ordered some christmas moss to see how that will do.

On a side note, my blue ramhorn snails have started laying eggs . At least they seem to agree on my schedule for the F8 to arrive in 1.5-2weeks.

Super expensive snail tank, fluval edge (I love how it looks but its so impractical, can't keep it on a bookshelf because its too bulky and the aquarium isnt high enough to put on a desk so you can look into it nicely, the newer double height one might be nicer, sorta want one ).



Time to measure some more whilst I wait for a response regarding prices. If the price isnt too bad I might just get the face anyway even if it doesnt quite fit, its sorta growing on me. Can always take a saw to it to take bits off the roots that are sticking out at the bottom since that will disappear partly into the gravel anyway (though depending on the material I might have to reseal it).

Ended up ordering both the roots and the face as they were cheaper then I thought they would be . I am a bit worried about the size of the face its only a centimeter shorter than my tank is tall . Though I am more worried about depth than anything due to the 3d background. If anything both pieces will take turns in the tank.

Also, I think I am in love with porc puffers. They had a 2" one at the lfs, so adorable.
