Yesterday i added live rock to my green spotted puffer tank, today i found the following witch i think is a "Aiptasia Anemone", and then i got many many polyps are they dangerous?
if it is a "Aiptasia Anemone" how would i go about to remove it?
Are the polyps dangerous?
Edit: do any of them pose any harm to my puffer? (just being there or if they are consumed?)

The anemone I would remove asap via appropriate method they will multiply quite fast. The thing on the second picture reminds me of small featherduster worms, those are beneficial. I could be wrong on the ID though.
