Transferring GSP's to 55 - marine or brackish?

I have two GSP's in a 26 gallon tank and they look to be maturing to the point where they need an upgrade in space (<1.5in, >1in). I have received a 55 gallon tank with all the requirements for either a freshwater, brackish or marine setup. My questions are: What salinity would be the best to keep them in once in the 55? Should I initially make it freshwater, and slowly bring it up to brackish? Can I go full marine? I want to switch from gravel (in current tank) to sand, how would I perform the cycle on the 55 with all new decor and substrate? Should I get new plants to handle the salinity (various anubias and sword plants right now, which are freshwater plants)?

I apologize for the barrage of questions, any answers would be appreciated - even if you just point me to various threads I've missed in my research.

Set it up as a marine tank, add a large sump and oodles of live rock and a skimmer. You can then drip acclimate them to that tank and jobs a goodun
