As this is a site for puffer who better to ask
Would like a little feed back on a few points
About the tanks
1. Back ground . What do you think is the colour ?
2. Air bubbles . Do puffer like them , mine seem to spend slot of time swimming though them
3. Plastic plants are they any good and what is the best things to keep in there
I have lots of bogwood with marine rock and marine sand
With some plastic plants

Tank volume is key.
Many fish enjoy playing bubbles, but salt spray and salt creep are major PITA, I would never use any bubbles in BW or SW. Current is needed, but surface breaks (i.e., bubbles) are not.
Wood of any sort is a no-no in BW and SW tanks - it rots too fast and pollutes the tank and pushed the pH down - all no-nos. If a wood-look is needed or desired, use artificial/synthetic substitutes.
Background color is personal choice, ditto decor such as synthetic plants or or such decor.
Aragonit substrate is best IMHO.
Do you plan on BW or full marine? If full SW, FOWLR plus skimmer plus macroalgae refugium is optimum IMHO, but requires more room and equipment, so is larger up-front cost. FO is cheaper to set, but u[keep os much higher over the expected lifetime of the fish.
