In your opinion, are there enough decor in his tank? Sand will get leveled next week. I can get more of the silk plant (on the far right pic) if needed.

Is there a backing on the tank? With the reflection it is difficult for me to tell. If not, add one.
There does not appear to be anything sufficiently cave-like or overhang-like. I like having at least two spots per fish which provide overhead and some side shelter.
The general spacing and arrangement of the decor items is to my eyes a good puffer searching area.

One of the fake tree stump scratched his face
It looked worse a few days ago. You can see a scar between the eyes and nostril. He hasn't dug for a last 2-3 months.

Those two provide a over-hang shelter. When he gets bigger, I'll have to consider getting something bigger. He is now at least 5" big.
