Wow I have never seen such a tiny porcupine puffer! He looks very healthy and not wormy!
As for your plant question there is not much for you to choose from but I prefer to use synthetic (plastic) plants for my saltwater tank.
Here is my 55 gallon saltwater GSP aquarium that you can use as a reference.

Well george has grown a bit in last 6 months and his new tank is nearly ready
Just want to know what are best snails to feed him and can you keep in the sump tank so are fresh when he gets them thanks
And is there any other things i can keep in sump tanks to feed him
Any good info is much appreciated
