Vitamins for Puffers

I'd like to get some different vitamins to try for Mushroom. Only problem is, here in the UK there doesn't seem to be much available. Wondered if any of you lovely people in the US could tell me some brand names of what's available over there in the way of multivitamins so I can have a nosey and see if I can get anything shipped here?

You should be able to get Selcon over there (that is amino acids, etc--not the same as other vits). Look for either Zoe or Vita-Chem for SW. I use both. Check Ebay & Amazon.
