Yeah alot of people are uneducated when it comes to puffers. Alot of pics you see on here that puffers are puffed up, are out of water. Dnderous to the puffer but I have heard and seen puffers get put back into the water was able to expel the air in them. But some is not so lucky though. Sorry that it was a pic of a Congo out of water but It was one of the few I have ever seen puffed up.
