Is that the same puffer taken at the same period? The 1st pic is of a grossly overfed puffer. The last pic is of a puffer suffering from a severe case of IPs. Neither is healthy for the fish.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

What the... No NO No Internal Parasites! That was her as a baby when i got her and i did treat for IPs. Read the captions under the pics. I have to regulate her eating! I usually give a bit more because Im hoping for left overs for tankmates (Chinese suckers or w.e and Albino Red Finned Shark), but its turning out to be EPIC FAIL! LOL!!
I feed mine till "slightly rounded" no more, no less. He will beg for more but not get it. My wife goes aww he wants more but knows to keep out. Fat puffers are not healthy. Keep them trim and happy
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly
If she eats absolutely everything that goes in the tank, then you need to cut back and perhaps find another tank for the other fish so that they can be fed properly.
Its all good! Ive been trying to figure out her fav foods and got it down to a T. Scallops, Mussels/Oysters are her absolute FAV! She likes frozen but only freshly frozen .. Anything frozen over a month she wont touch! Doesnt mind her blood worms but thats more for the Albino Red Finned Shark. No worries ppl! Shes well taken care off! Just figuring out her favs and not so favs. Balanced diet!
