Got my Congo Puffer!!!!!

Post by FADE2BLACK_1973 »

Well I bought me a Congo puffer earlier tonight. He is about 1.5" and redish brown color and eats good. The guy stuck a feeder in the tank with him and he swim and sucked it down. So I know he eats good. Btw, I only pay $15.00 for him... :D . I will post some pics when I can.

Around $30-$45 us dollars here in the US is about the average on the net for Congo puffers that I have ever seen. I guess I got him half off. Mainly because I bought him from a friend and not a LFS or on the net. Would had payed alot more.

TY.... :D Yeah I was amazed that he was so healthy with great color, eats like a hog, solid poop which is a great healthy sign and swims alot in his tank. And not a shy eater at all..lol.

Donna, TY! I will try to take alot better and clear pics of him soon. He is sooo tiny though..lol

Wanted to update. Misery has been suckin down feederfishes once everyday. From his lil size, everything has to be small for now. And also sucked down small earthworm the other day. So Im goin go start adding more of live earthworms to his diet. Oh, and added red sand to his tank the other day. He is starting to bury himself more but when I throw in a live feeder he comes out to grab it and afterwards swims around. Pretty much being a congo puffer. Will post some pics asap when I get time.
