did i buy ceylon puffer?

So i bought 3 what were labeled as f8's but im starting to think that one of them is a ceylon. Whats best way to tell

I will try. It is brighter in color than the others. And has alot of spots going down its sides. Also growing at a faster rate

Does it have the black bands on its back?

F8 have a black eyespot on either side of it's tail. Ceylon does not. Ceylon has spotted belly, F8 does not.
