Candy Stripe Pistol Shrimp
I went to petco today to buy some live rock and when i got home i noticed their was a Candy Stripe Pistol Shrimp on the rock so i placed it in one of those net breeder things inside of my aquarium and I was wondering if i took it out would my Gsp eat it?

Shrimp are scavengers & live in the rockwork, not in nets.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Yes I know they don't live in nets but that is the only place I can keep at the moment as I dis not know I was gonna get one as it came on my rock . I have a new tank cycling and I will put him in it in a few days.

Re: Candy Stripe Pistol Shrimp
Can you fit a few pieces of rock/rubble into the net for him to feel safe?

They are diggers . I feed mine sinking fish pellets. If you have a spare tank add a watchman gobie with it , a very cool pairing.

Re: Candy Stripe Pistol Shrimp
has your puffer shown any interest in him being in the net? As he was a freebie i would put it in and wait to see if he does get eaten. Just my thoughts. He may stay well away, you never know
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly
