Re: Camille's tank!
Tank's only about 15 months old, still kinda young. The filter is a Penguin dual BioWheel; its actually for a 75 gallon tank, and a Prizm protein skimmer (don't laugh :p). That little grey critter on the left side of the picture helps with nuisance algae, and for some reason all the coraline would rather grow on my powerhead than on the rocks. Maybe better lights would help.

She blends in pretty well. Sometimes I can't even find her.

Re: Camille's tank!
It looks very nice even with all your equipment showing. I prefer it that way so that people can see how an entire system is composed.
Kind regards,

Re: Camille's tank!
I just wanted to let you know that Camille has really inspired me to work toward a goal of having a simple SW tank for one of the Fijis or a Hawaiian toby in the distant future.
I find them so beautiful, and your tank setup is just very stunning in its simplicity. I love it a lot.

Re: Camille's tank!
I used to have a Hawaiian toby before I had Camille. Unfortunately I lost him due to complications from a cyanobacteria explosion I wasn't prepared for. You can set up a 30 or 40 gallon for a toby like I did, it really isn't hard. But if you do, get a BakPak skimmer. Trust me on this one.
