ARROWHEAD + HUMPBACK ???

Post by suvattii2012 »

I have the chance to buy a humpback puffer from the same person i bought the arrowhead from. The total length of the humpback 3 inches?

Is my 25 gallon tank big enough for a suvatti and humpback??
I would split the tank in half with dividers. I have a 50 gallon filter and some 20 gallon filters but was going to use this http://www.firststopaquatics.co.uk/acat ... Crate.html

Theres nothing i can keep with the arrowhead but he could have a nabour. But is my tank big enough?

For me, that tank is not large enough for eirher of those puffers. I would use a minimum 30-long or 33XL for either alone and preferably a 40-long. They are not terribly active, but are pretty hefty fish and have similar bioloads to the other puffers.

Neither make good tankmates for other puffers.

But I do admit that I am very conservative on housing puffers.

This one has a large black eye ball with a red ring around, black yellow and some white like camouflaged colour. With the back raise the hump. I never seen the other type so not sure.
