but one more question if i do a 80% wc will my corals be ok. I just dont want it to go through a cycle with them in there. i have my 55 GSP tank i could move them to for now but i dont know how my gsp will be with that lol
Chin up fella, we all have crashes at times. I lost nearly all of a tank of year old gorgs after nearly chopping my thumb off.
Use this time to change the bits you dont like about your tank.

I would move the corals you have to your GSP tank. If you are worried about them nipping the corals just get a few plasic containers (plastic soda bottles work) and punch a bunch of small holes in them. That should work to protect your corals until you get your other tank back on track. Just a suggestion.

Your bacteria is in your live rock and sand and on other surfaces. There's only a tiny bit of bacteria in the water. You have much more to gain by getting rid of ammonia/nitrite than you'll lose by throwing out a very small amount of bacteria.

Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

well did a 75% wc water looks a lot better not cloudy any more so thats a start. Also wife just now told me that my skimmer was off all night and she turned it on this morning when she got up(guess i forgot to turn it back on after the reef bug thing) so without that running im just wondering here so correct me if im wrong but wouldnt that not give me enough oxygen to water since that and my powerheads are the only thing i use for waterflow or would the turbulence from powerheads that were still on be enough. Im just wondering if this was my second mistake that contributed to the crash
