IMO, the 29g is stocked to the max now, if not overstocked - mollies can reach over 6", depending on the type. You might want to return the BBG, though; they like to live with other BBGs, and you don't have enough space to add more.
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

I've found that my puffers became a lot happier when I reduced the fish living with them. Not only did I find less dead fish, but the puffers started to explorer the tank instead of cower in the corner. They need room to swim and say Hi to you when you sit by the tank. I wouldn't add any more fish!

I have never understood why people insist on having a community of other fish with Puffers knowing that it'll most likely go bad. Bottom line is that the majority of Puffers need to be in a species only tank and even a singleton at that. If this is not something you like then maybe owning a Puffer is not for you. There without a doubt a few cases of various different kinds of Puffers living with other fish but with your situation it's not a good idea. If anything get rid of the mollies. Mollies and Puffers DO NOT MIX. F8's and BBG's can get along sometimes if the BBG's are put into the tank FIRST. With such a little tank like a 29 gallon I personally would not add anything else besides a single F8. Right now your tank is way overstocked IMO
