A single DP would do fine in 6g.

Would the filtration be up to it? I've got an edge and it's a lovely tank, nuisance when it comes to maintenance though because of the shape. Just not sure about the filter coping with puffer poop.

My mom has a fluval edge. Filtration is super weak. You'll have to add a small internal or external filter.
Kind regards,

Really a DP in an Edge?
I know they need 20l per puffer and an Edge is 23, but with plants and ornaments that would drop the water volume? Plus if you add an internal that will also replace more water?

Re: dwarf puffer in a fluval edge?
Plants, ornaments, and internal filter will displace ~3-4l. Substrate takes up a lot of water too.
Enough for water for a DP.
